Acceptance

By accessing or using Edynamics websites or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Edynamics provides business operations and growth services including revenue and marketing systems, business operations, finance operations, business intelligence, consulting, website development, and related digital services. Service details, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

All services are delivered electronically or through agreed engagements. Service timelines begin upon receipt of all required materials and confirmed payment.

Consulting and Operational Engagements

Consulting and operational engagements are scoped and agreed in writing before work begins, including deliverables, timelines, and fees. Ongoing or retainer engagements continue until cancelled in accordance with the agreed terms, and either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice as set out in the engagement agreement. You are responsible for providing timely access to the information, systems, and approvals needed to deliver the work.

Quotes and Payment

Quotes and proposals are provided following an initial assessment and are valid for 14 days. Work begins upon receipt of agreed payment or a signed engagement. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of project agreement. Edynamics accepts payment via bank transfer and will accept credit card payments via Stripe when available.

Revisions and Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering professional quality work. Each engagement includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start of the project. If you are not satisfied with delivered work, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered work products created specifically for them, including custom design files, website code, and documentation. Edynamics retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Edynamics liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
